Welcome to We Are Yoga Studio. These Terms and Conditions establish the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Description of Services
We Are Yoga Studio offers in-person and online yoga classes at Plaza Kura, C. 10 C.22, Mérida, Yucatán. Our services include: yoga-related classes and courses — for any questions write to hola@weareyoga.studio, access to online library, and class reservation system.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the website or services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations must be made 30 minutes before the class, through the platform or via WhatsApp at +52 999 908 9984. For any questions write to hola@weareyoga.studio.
5. Payments
The prices of our services are subject to change without notice. Basic package: $999, unlimited student package: $850, reduced-hours student package: $700, 4-class package $550, single class $140, unemployed rate $100 pesos, corporate rate +5 people: $900, +10 people: $850, +20 people: $800 for any questions write to hola@weareyoga.studio. Payments are processed securely by our authorized payment service providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are Yoga Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Health Disclaimer
Yoga may not be appropriate for everyone. Before beginning any class, consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have injuries, existing health conditions, or are pregnant. By participating in our classes, you assume all responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, videos, logos) is the intellectual property of We Are Yoga Studio or is appropriately licensed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without our prior written consent.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be modified. Your continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Yucatán, Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any litigation arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mérida, Yucatán.
